Eighty years ago, after the disaster at Dunkirk, Prime Minister Winston Churchill ordered the formation of a special raiding unit with a brand‑new breed of soldier. These brave and highly‑trained men would come to be known as the British Commandos — a name that would strike terror in the hearts of every Nazi on the Atlantic Wall.
