Joker – the fifty-third playing card in a pack, or one who jokes or jests… that’s what it says in the dictionary, and there was no doubt that Bob Dyson could joke and jest with the best, a real card to have in any unit.

Not even flying bullets could stop him fooling around, but the only ones who didn’t see the joke were the enemy soldiers who were treated to his devastating sense of humour.
